The Bling

Taken right after we got engaged for easy posting to FB to spread the news! I don't have any other pictures of it, but it's absolutely perfect. Solitaire Princess cut diamond set in a four prong Tiffany style setting. We did go shopping a few times so he could get an idea, but with me being completely indecisive, I'm not sure how much help that was. I think he did a great job picking out something classic and simple all by himself!

This is the type of band I'd like to get to match my e-ring. Because of the knife edge on the e-ring band, it's hard to get something to match perfectly. I really only want the diamonds half way around.

1/23/10 - we got our rings! Found a perfect pave setting to match my e-ring. :)

The website shows it in palladium, so that's why the color is a bit different here.

He picked a very simple, comfort fit, white gold band with a brushed finish. Honestly, I was surprised because I thought for sure he would want something with diamonds. We're going to have it engraved with our wedding date and a little message for the two of us.

Bridal Jewelry

I randomly bought this bracelet from a friend of mine who was doing a jewelry show - Premier Designs. It's called the Designers Circle. I didn't realize it was wedding appropriate when I bought it, but it is absolutely stunning in person - so I'm saving it for my special day.

For me, classic bride has always included pearls. When I started looking around for a necklace to wear the day off, I knew it would be made of pearls. It's kind of funny that I reached into my jewelry box that same day that I started looking for necklaces and realized this one, that I had been wrapping around my wrist and wearing as a bracelet would be perfect. It's almost like my grandmother reminded me I had it and wanted me to wear it. It's special and I'm honored to wear it on my wedding day.

My hair broach was purchased from Jenn - Yankees320 - And I absolutely love it. It's perfect to wear off to the side of a nice up-do.
